As a primer to a future blog post that has been ruminating for some time, I am issuing the following challenge:
List your top 25 episodes of The Simpsons, and indicate your top 10, and top 5. (Only indicate, don't actually rank each individually). To help in your task, here's a complete episode guide: http://www.snpp.com/episodeguide.html. Exclude all non-"regular" episodes from consideration (for example, the Treehouse of Horror episodes, other episodes with 3 individual shorts, Behind the Laughter, etc.).
Here's my list:

I don't have a list of 25 favorites. But I'll include in my top one the episode that featured storylines about so many different characters and had them all tie together by the end. I remember some really tall man driving a very small automobile and being made fun of by Nelson. The guy took him to task.
P.S. - Feel free to LINK to me, you lazy bastard! You've only had, what, like a YEAR to get that done. :-)
Done. And you're speaking of 22 Short Stories of Springfield, in which there isn't actually much connection between all the characters, though there are some clever scene-change overlaps.
i made a list of ten because 25 is too many
